Urbana Holiday Market

Market in the Square LogoWe haven’t been blogging very much lately. Mostly because we’ve been keeping quite busy getting all our ducks in a row for the upcoming holiday season and…..drumroll please…..the 4th Annual “Market at the Square”, sponsored by the Urbana Business Association. The event kicks off this Saturday, November 18 in Urbana, Illinois at 8:00am.

We’re going to have a booth at this event, alongside some of the most wonderful small businesses in Illinois. So if you find yourself in the area, come on by and warm up (or cool down) with some of our tea. We’ll be preparing it fresh, both hot and iced, for your enjoyment.

Even though we’re based in Chicago, we got our (unofficial) start at this event last year, so the holiday market and the folks from Champaign-Urbana hold special meaning for us. My wife is from Champaign, so it’s a great excuse to see our family.

We will be at the market on November 18, December 2, December 9 and December 16. So mark your calendars, stop by, sip some freshly brewed tea, and take some home with you. Oh, and there’s going to be a special offer for those of you who do make it to our booth. We’re not telling what it is until we see you there!

Lincoln Square Village Holiday Market. At Lincoln Square Village, 201 Lincoln Square. Urbana, IL. 8:00 AM-1:00 PM. Saturdays Only.

  1. small world! I went to U of I!

  2. Thanks for the comment Imen! You’ve got a lovely blog. I was very intrigued by your Tien Chi flower tea! What do the little florets look like once they’re steeped?

  3. The picture is actually showing flowers in water. I’ll have to post a picture of dry flowers. Sorry for the confusion. 🙂
